Scott Nolan is an eighth generation Texan whose roots run deep in the North East Texas area. As owner of his own commercial and industrial coatings company for over 35 years, he has an extensive knowledge of the industrial aspect of the East Texas area. Scott owns and operates Nolan Herefords, a registered Hereford ranch. He and his family breed, raise, and show their cattle across the United States, which they also market throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and the Arkansas area. Nolan Herefords exhibited Grand Champion Hereford Heifers at both Fort Worth and Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Scott is an avid hunter and fisherman, which is invaluable when it comes to his knowledge and experience with properties associated with outdoor sports and recreation. Scott’s experience with maintaining his ranch and tree farms give him an edge on understanding the in’s and outs of owning land used for agricultural purposes and how to find each client the right property.
